The room was extremely dirty, with stained walls, a damp smell, and heating that didn’t work. The place was much smaller than the photos suggested, with hardly any room to move. Since it was New Year’s Eve, finding somewhere else wasn’t possible. The owner acknowledged the problem but still refused to refund us. I’ve stayed in over 100 accommodations, and this was my worst experience.
