Canada Hotel

The room was a good size, clean, and warm in winter, with a refrigerator. There’s free private parking, 0-24 service, and a main street location. A train station is close, with a gas station 250m away and KFC fast food at 250m. My issue is breakfast at 14€/people. I don’t think it should cost more than 10€/People, and it should be half price or maybe Free for kids. I paid 100€ for 1Day, so adding + 42€ for breakfast for 2Adults,1Kid 4years doesn’t seem okay. I’d still give the Hotel 5*, but the breakfast policy isn’t okay. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay and got the room at a very good price. It was perfectly clean and had all the facilities I needed. The location was convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport by car and ready close to the city centre. The front office guy was very friendly, though I unfortunately never asked his name.

The free parking was a real plus, and getting into central Budapest was easy with public transport stops nearby. Our room faced a busy road and the railway, though, so noise was an issue, and the curtains let in a lot of streetlight. The facilities also feel a bit dated. Breakfast was good, especially the goose cracklings. When lots of guests came down at once, staff struggled to refill food and coffee. We also had noisy neighbors who stayed loud after several warnings. Staff tried to sort it out, and eventually things quieted down. For the price, it was decent value. Still, paying for a room doesn’t mean you’ve bought the whole hotel.

Such good value for money. The staff were lovely, and for our one night they had thoughtful things ready for the baby: a crib, bath tub, and changing station. Breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend!
