Be careful about booking online, especially in peak season. I paid a deposit when I reserved, but on arrival they told me the room had already been taken and that the deposit would be refunded. A month later I still hadn't received it. The only employee there apologized but said she couldn't help. The place seems poorly managed.

The only good thing is how close it is to the city centre. There was no staff on site to guide us or let us leave our bags, and getting inside was really difficult. The hostel didn't send the entry code in advance, and there were homeless people by the door. The phone number they gave us went unanswered several times. Rooms don't have keys, and there are only two bathrooms for a lot of people.
