The facilities are really good, with a big TV and a nice, spacious bathroom. But it's an officetel, not a hotel, so there's no service, and the directions aren't clear. You may get lost at first. They email the entry instructions a few days before the stay. I didn't understand what that meant, so I called the number listed here to ask. The woman who answered sighed and spoke rudely, telling me to check my email. I got so annoyed that I snapped back and asked if I was supposed to check my email every day. If you call, say that you've seen the email first. Otherwise they ignore you and act cocky from the start.

They let us leave our bags at the office before check-in and again on departure day, and gave us a city souvenir mug on our last day. The service was wonderful, and both the apartment and its location were excellent. When I arrived at the airport, I was told there was a problem with the apartment I'd booked, so they assigned me a superior one. It turned out to be a completely perfect choice.

It was practical and clean, and the furniture and kitchenware looked just like an Ikea showroom. The apartment is on a shopping street, close to everything you might want to visit.
