The location was lovely, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay, though the choices were limited. We were disappointed that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. Since we visited in February, a hot drink after a cold day would have been welcome, and with no bar in the hotel we couldn’t buy one there in the evening. The website still says there’s a bar, but it has become a gift and souvenir shop. We understand the hotel only recently changed hands, and the website hasn’t been updated.

There’s so much nearby: the Grand central market hall is a minute away, and the tram and metro stops are also just a minute away. The hotel is right on a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely and cleaned every day by friendly staff. Reception and breakfast staff were always welcoming and happy to help with information. We enjoyed breakfast and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Budapest.

We stayed five days and everything was fine. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was really good and complete. The hotel is centrally located near the river. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was above average. Our room was spacious and quiet, and the location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. Everything was first-rate.

Breakfast had delicious options, but it was too noisy. It starts at 7, and the vacuuming starts then too. The room was very small and had no windows to let in fresh air. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow left me waking up with neck pain.
