I loved my stay here and would recommend it. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made it feel homely while on vacation. There’s a lovely garden and some eclectic things in the community hall, which make it a nice place to meet other travellers. Bus stops and a tram stop right nearby make getting into the city easy.

The shower room and toilets are a fair way from the rooms. You have to go through another room and then across the hall to reach them. The front desk, which seems to be staffed mostly by volunteers, was unreliable. Twice I was left outside buzzing to get in. The first time was around midnight in pouring rain, just after I’d arrived in the city.

A cozy, very good place in an interesting part of Budapest. My payment didn’t go through, but that wasn’t their fault. The beds made some noise, though it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

It’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t trust it. The owner was absent, and the unpaid volunteers running things caused problems. Stay at your own risk.

A lovely garden and a comfy bed. The place is good to stay at and easy to reach by tram.
