Hi5 Apartments - Luxury Suites

Dear Laura, thanks so much for the excellent cleaning. The apartment was tidy, very clean, and well maintained when we arrived, and it was clear you’d taken great care with everything. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable during our stay.

The location was the only good part. We stayed at Magyar Utca 23, and there wasn’t a place for the fifth person to sleep when we arrived. There were no bedsheets or pillow for them, even though we had booked for five. On the second night, we came back to the Airbnb late and found one of the lights on, although we’d turned it off before leaving. We tried calling the owner multiple times and messaging him on what’s App, but couldn’t communicate with him. He would only read the messages, if he was actually reading them. The upstairs bed was very noisy, and the others in the room were annoyed by every movement we made. The pillows were mold-stained and very uncomfortable.

Check-in was easy, and the team were friendly and quick to answer my questions. The apartment had thoughtful little touches that made it feel homey. It was super clean and modern, with everything I needed to be comfortable. The location was hard to beat, near the main sights but quiet enough to relax. I had a great stay with Hi5 Apartments, and I’d definitely come back and recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

The reception was always available when we needed help, and the room was very clean, thanks to “Bngi”. It’s in a great spot for seeing the city, and I’d definitely recommend it.
