The front desk manager gave excellent service, sorted out a lot of issues, and suggested some great restaurants for my last meal in Budapest and Verno House. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice place in Budapest.

We had a wonderful first stay at Verno House, and the service really stood out. After a long day of travel, the overnight staff member took such good care of us with real kindness and attention. This morning, Manager Bense was just as thoughtful and caring, and made us feel very welcome and valued. That's why we choose boutique places, and Verno House exceeded what we expected. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, though the service impressed us even more. Thanks for making our first trip to Budapest so special. We'd absolutely stay again, and we'll be back!

Flava was great, and the location made it easy to get to Parliament and the church. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. What really stood out for me was the service: the staff were lovely, greeted us with a smile whenever we came in, and were always ready to help. I’d happily come back.

We could walk almost everywhere from this hotel, which made getting around Budapest really easy. The staff also made our engagement weekend feel extra special. Our room, breakfast, and the spa were all lovely, and I honestly can’t think of anything to complain about. I’d highly recommend it to couples visiting the city.

The location was great, with transport close by, and the staff helped us with everything from travel advice to leaflets. We had a really high quality lunch in the restaurant, and breakfast was just as good, with everything prepared by the chef. The room was excellent, and check-in and check-out were easy and stress-free. They recognised my IHG status and made us feel very welcome. The staff were the nicest and most helpful, and all spoke great English. I’d give this place 10 stars and will definitely stay again next time I’m in Budapest.
