The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely. We had no complaints about the clean, comfortable, quiet room or its facilities. The location was perfect for us, with lots of major sights and restaurants within walking distance. I’ve just got back from a wonderful stay in Budapest and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay. The breakfast was generous, and the hotel has a clean jacuzzi. It’s also close to the main attractions, with a metro and tram nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and everything was clean. Thank you! Vanessa.

We had a relaxing time in the well-equipped spa, and our daughter was happy with the play area, which has plenty of toys for ages 2-10. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean, and the breakfast buffet offered lots of choices with good quality ingredients. It’s a convenient, quiet part of the city, a short walk from the central market and a quick tram or bus ride from most other tourist attractions. The staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel was really quiet, too. I couldn't hear other guests coming and going from my room. After a day out exploring, the jacuzzi and sauna were a great way to wind down and ease tired muscles. Breakfast was amazing, self-serve, with Hungarian specialties, and the coffee was amazing. We could walk to many of the main attractions, and the 100E airport bus stop was a few minutes away on foot. The staff were the friendliest, most lovely people, extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location worked ideally for us, near enough to the centre but quiet at night. The hotel was beautiful and had great facilities. Everyone was kind and brilliant, from the desk and room staff to catering. Thank you all, we'd return!
