I booked the middle tier SUPERIOR TWIN room, and it was clean and well maintained, as were the restaurant, lobby, and rooftop. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and lotsa vegetarian options, though the same selection was served every day. The toilet may be a bit small for larger people, but it was fine for us. For the price, the location was perfect. Walk a few minutes and you can get to the Metro line from the Budapest Train Station, a bus to Buda Castle, or a tram to Central Market. There are food places and a supermarket nearby, and the coffee machine works. There was no water supplied since you can drink from the tap, and no slippers or other amenities. They provided only towels and shower gel, and there was no spa. We knew what to expect, so there were no surprises.

We could easily walk to many of Budapest's main attractions from this hotel, which made exploring the city on foot easy. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, and the spacious rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. A very convenient place with excellent service.

The location was great, and I had a fantastic stay. The food was delicious and a real highlight, while every staff member was friendly and incredibly helpful. My room was immaculate and very comfortable. The overall experience was exceptional.

The location could hardly be better, and the reception and lobby looked promising. But the rooms didn't meet that expectation. They were outdated, the beds were too soft, and the temperature was unpleasant. My room faced the inner "courtyard" instead of outside, which was fine except staff were already making noise at 6:00 am. Breakfast had a wide selection, but none of it was particularly good.

The price and quality are good, but the cleaning during our four-day stay was poor. I think coffee capsules or a bath cap should be replaced each day, whether you're staying one night or four. Some used towels weren't replaced either, and the duvet was left in a way that made it seem like staff had been in a hurry.
