Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere at Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa, both in the quiet neighborhood and inside the beautifully maintained building. It was a lovely place to return to after exploring the Christmas markets and busy center. We stayed over an extended Christmas weekend; although the hotel isn’t right in the inner city, the main sights are walkable and metro and bus stops are next door. Everyone we met on staff was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The spa was elegant, very clean, and great for unwinding. Thanks to Kristof for arranging a wonderful suite and making our stay unforgettable. We’d choose Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa again next time we’re in Budapest.

The hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and looked after. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a beautiful design and plenty of comfort. We had an absolutely amazing stay and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was in a really quiet area, and we slept peacefully all four nights. From our room, we sometimes got a beautiful nighttime view of the Danube River and Buda Castle. The bus stop and subway were about a 5-10 minute walk away. We were there for our honeymoon, and the staff made it feel special. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional, and the manager was quick to help whenever we contacted them. The entrance was stunning too, and I was in awe each time we came through it. Breakfast was a treat, especially the omelette. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and loved it. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had, and the other dishes were just as good. I’d give the staff more than five stars if I could.

The room was generously sized, with enough of everything we needed for our stay. I also liked the lighting features and furniture arrangement, and the hotel had a great atmosphere and location. As soon as we arrived, friendly staff helped with our luggage and moved our car off the sidewalk. After checking our documents, they welcomed us with complimentary champagne. Once check-in was done, a staff member also checked the room with us.
