Kozmo Residences Budapest

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and Airbnbs, but Kozmo Residences really stood out. The apartment was huge, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building felt modern, very quiet, and safe. When I’m back in Budapest, I’m staying here again. Absolutely incredible.

We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, luxurious place. We even got a complimentary room upgrade, which made the visit better. The room was spotless and had heated floors, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. Complimentary capsules were available throughout our stay. The staff were very polite, especially Sandor at reception, who made us feel welcome. There was a small mistake, but they quickly made up for it by covering the minibar items we’d used and offering complimentary breakfast at the hotel next door. We could also choose breakfast at the neighboring hotel for €30 per person, and use the spa for €40.

We had easy on-street parking right outside, and the location was fantastic. The room was lovely, with high ceilings, plenty of space, and impeccable cleanliness. The minibar was well stocked, the coffee was excellent, and the Penhaligon’s toiletries in the bathroom felt like a nice luxury. Service was outstanding from the warm welcome through the quick check-in. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely return.

The apartment really felt like a home away from home, with a comfortable layout, spotless rooms, and lovely design. Check-in was easy, and the friendly, professional staff made the whole process smooth. I’d recommend KOZMO Residence for its comfort, quality, and service. I’ll be back next time!
