Leonardo Boutique Hotel Budapest M-Square

The location is unbeatable, the best in Budapest. Our two-room suite was huge, comfortable, and had very comfortable beds. The cleaning staff worked diligently, and the receptionists were kind and helped us with problems. The reviewer's dinner was very tasty. We'll definitely come back again.

The airport shuttle stop is right outside Leonardo Boutique Hotel, which made our early flight easy to manage. We also loved how central it is in Budapest. Our room was spotless and came with lovely facilities, a fantastic view, and a large balcony. Breakfast had loads to choose from, including salmon, eggs cooked just right, cheesecake, and other sweets. The staff made us feel looked after, and we had such a good stay. We’ll be back in Budapest!

The location worked really well, close to the main attractions but away from the noise, and breakfast had a good range of choices. The room was quite small, and the AC kept shutting off. We also had trouble with housekeeping: our rooms were skipped twice, even after I mentioned it at the desk. The trash stayed in the room and we didn't get fresh toilet paper. For the price, the stay was decent, but service was the weak spot.

Staff were amazing. We got to Budapest around 9 in the morning, expecting to leave our bags and explore until check-in, but they had a room ready for us straight away. We had paid for the early check-in option, which was for 11 AM. The location is hard to beat, with Vaci utca, the ferris wheel, metro and bus stops just a few minutes away on foot. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including the Karavan area and Godzu. Breakfast was decent for the price, though not the best. We chose this place because we generally like Leonardo hotels, even though cheaper options were around.
