Little Americas Metropolitan Apts

We were so unhappy with the apartment at Madách Imre út 10. that we had to look for another hotel during the festive season, which was a very challenging time. The Booking photos did not reflect reality, and we felt fooled. There was no space in the wardrobe because it was packed with boxes. The wall was broken, the tap wasn’t clean, and the floor was dirty and sticky. The carpet was dirty and stained, the lamp was full of dead insects, and the shades’ cord was filthy and ripped. A plug was hanging out of the wall, and the WC was so tiny you could only close it if you didn’t go inside. The sheets were stained and didn’t seem clean, and looked as if someone else had used them. There was hair stuck in the pillowcase, and the couch was covered in white stains. There were other problems too. We called the Little Americas call center and were told to email our complaint with the photos we’d taken. They replied that we couldn’t get a refund because we’d already used the bed and shower. We didn’t dare use anything, since everything was dirty. That was the whole point of our complaint. I recommend not staying at Little Americas.
