I was surprised by all the negative comments because my experience was really pleasant. The location was great, and my room was big, clean and new. Customer service was acceptable, and they brought me toilet paper 24 hours after I asked for more. The one downside was the schedule: check-in is only at 15:00, and you have to leave at 10:00. That feels quite excessive. All in all, it was pretty good. Maybe I was lucky, or the people who wrote the other comments were unlucky.

The sewer smell kept coming back into my room, something I hadn't run into at other places in Budapest. I was there for four nights, and the WiFi I was told the room had never worked. First the front desk said it would be fixed the following day, then said they'd tell the manager, but nothing changed. I wouldn't stay here again.

I spent over 40 minutes waiting on the toilet because there was no paper left, which was incredibly embarrassing. The bathroom had just one roll with about a third remaining. I went downstairs three times, but nobody was there, despite the claim that service is available 24/7. When I called the front desk, they promised delivery in 10 minutes, but no one came even after more than half an hour. Don't stay here, you'll regret it.

The room was comfortable and modern, and the service was friendly. The location was great too. But there was a pretty gross sewage smell, probably coming from the pipes. Apart from that, everything was in order.

Maintenance needs some work, and getting help wasn't easy: the receptionist had limited ability to assist, and no one seemed to be responding on WhatsApp. The location itself is excellent, on a one-way alley in the ghetto.
