We left after one night because the apartment felt neglected, and we weren’t reimbursed for what we’d paid. The listing gave us a very different expectation. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived: the bathroom had visible grime and stains, and the kitchen was in poor shape. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the curtains were falling apart. The entrance through a dark, unattractive backyard felt unwelcoming. It was also a smoking area, and the smell drifted into the apartment. Even in summer, the room got very little natural light because of the gloomy surroundings and blocked windows. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The apartment feels stylish and comfortable, and the surroundings are lovely and peaceful. A really nice place for a quiet retreat, well worth a stay.

I only gave a star for the location. The address is 30, not 39, and getting to the room means opening three doors. The room was filthy, with dust on the walls and thick hairs on the sheets and pillows. We stayed the first night, then booked the hotel next door for the rest of our trip.

A bad stay. The bathroom was a problem, and the room’s entrance door was really hard to open. The staff didn’t know how to speak English.
