The night-shift receptionist who welcomed us was warm and nice. Breakfast had good coffee, two hot options, and some vegetables, so it wasn't the worst I've had, but there wasn't much for anyone who doesn't eat pork. They could simplify the menu and offer freshly prepared choices, maybe fewer of them, without adding costs. Music in the breakfast room and opening its door to the fresh air would have helped, especially with the nice May weather. The breakfast room does have a door to outside. The hotel feels very basic and outdated now. The furniture and dark carpets look like remnants of better days, and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. The sheets and towels were clearly clean, but the pillows and blankets need replacing. Getting rid of the old carpets might also make cleaning easier. The shower has no door or curtain, so the whole room gets wet after one shower, even if you try to avoid splashing. Oddly, the accessible room is on the third floor with no elevator.

We had bugs and dirt all over the awful rooms, and some people in our group found bed bugs. The hotel did nothing about it. Our room was on the top floor, where the huge roof windows had no curtains, so the sun woke us at 4 a.m. The hotel is also far from the city. I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast was colored water instead of juice and some strange substance instead of coffee. The rooms were awful: the TV was broken, the bed was literally broken, and the bathrooms were dirty. There was no shampoo or minibar, and after checking in at night I couldn't buy even basic things. They said the air conditioning didn't work, but I turned it on with my phone remote and it worked. I guess that's a way to save on electricity. This place needs a major change in attitude. Do not book it.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The reception was unfriendly, the service was very bad, and breakfast was awful. The furniture was chic, but the atmosphere was terrible. Seriously, choose somewhere else that feels friendly and safe, for your own peace of mind. It's not just the service, location, or breakfast. There's someone here!

The triple room was a good size and the service was friendly. Transport links were handy, with trolley buses and the metro, especially for getting to the F1 race. Parking is available, though spaces are limited.
