The room itself was clean, welcoming, and warm, but the mattress was uneven and flat. The shower holder was broken and could have hurt your foot if it fell on it. Reception had told us breakfast was available without booking ahead, but when we went, it wasn't available. The staff and manager also didn't come across as properly polite or professionally trained.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and there was a large parking area. The hotel is near the main road, so it can be a bit noisy, though it has window blinds. Bus stops are about ten minutes away, with supermarkets nearby and good connections into the city center all day.

A handy place for one or two nights. There’s private parking for €5 a day, and the reception is open around the clock, which is a big plus. My room had a fridge, sockets next to the bed, a balcony on the second floor, air conditioning, and lots of storage. The street gets busy and can be quite loud. Two of the lamps didn't work.

Hotel Luna and the neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, and the rooms and facilities suited us well for our weekend group gathering. The best part, though, was the people and the service. Oliver and Robert were so hospitable and accommodating, always with a smile. We felt completely comfortable, like we were staying at a friend's home. Thanks for the wonderful stay and experience!

The road noise made it impossible for me to sleep. My room was right beside a busy speedway, and even with the window shut I could hear cars racing past just a few meters away. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Breakfast was okay, just crowded, or maybe I came at the worst time. I really wanted to like this hotel: the staff were friendly, the price was very reasonable, parking was free, access by car was easy, and my room was clean.
