The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a lovely view of the Fisherman’s Bastion. Breakfast was excellent, varied, high quality, and well organized. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful during my 3-night stay at the Park Plaza in Budapest. The wellness area could use more attention, though. It would help to have someone at the massage center at all times and to extend the sauna hours. When I asked to book a massage on Saturday afternoon, I was told the therapist wasn’t available and wouldn’t return until Monday. A few improvements to how the spa is organized would make the experience truly excellent.

I skipped the breakfast option, so I can’t say anything about it. The location is a little farther out, which makes this feel especially worthwhile as a one-night experience rather than the most convenient base for a longer stay. My room looked out over the Hungarian Parliament Building, and the view made the night feel special. It was comfortable, relaxing, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy too. I had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

We had a fantastic view across the Danube from our king suite, just as promised, and both the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great choice of food and drink. There’s a tram stop right outside, and the castle is only a short walk away. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it immensely. It’s a great hotel, with very friendly and attentive staff.

The bar service was a real highlight. Gyulus Orsii and Simon were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, and their friendly, service-minded approach made each visit a pleasure. The Front Office Manager was also extremely helpful and professional, making everything smooth from check-in to departure. You can feel that strong service culture throughout the hotel. Park Plaza Budapest is stylish, comfortable, and well located, and my stay exceeded expectations. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return.

The view is the best part. The hotel is a little worn and could use renovation, though it was clean. The staff were good, but I wish they’d paid guests more attention, like greeting them in passing, asking how the stay was, or offering help.
