Mamaison Hotel Chain Bridge Budapest

The room was the biggest surprise, it was beautiful and had everything we could ask for: a huge, very comfortable bed, a bath in the bedroom, shower accessories, bathrobes, slippers, an ironing board, and even little toothpaste and shower gel in the bathroom. There was also a small kitchen with a coffee machine, pods, sugar, and a minibar. We arrived early from Dublin to leave our luggage, but a really nice and helpful receptionist had our room ready ahead of time. The whole hotel smells beautiful, and the decor is amazing. The staff and service were lovely. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay so great.

After a long day out, the wellness area was amazing, with a sauna, steam room, and pool. The hotel is right next to the chain bridge, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was neat, tidy, and had everything we needed, from soap to a sewing kit. Breakfast was generous and tasty. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

The location is super close to the main tourist areas, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the amazing eggs Benedict. I had a lovely double room with a big bathroom area and a nice seating space. My friends stayed in the lovely two-bedroom Margaret Suite, which had a full kitchenette with a microwave and hot plate, plus a small seating area that could use a second sofa. It's a lovely new, modern hotel with plenty of space for a few days. One note from November 2025: the neighboring property was being renovated, with lots of construction traffic outside. It was loud in reception on my last day, but I couldn't hear any construction noise from my room. After I spoke with the manager, I was told the work was in its final phase and expected to finish by January 2026. I'll definitely return.

Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. When check-in ran a little late, we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. I was disappointed, though, that the extras I'd arranged in advance for my husband's 40th birthday weren't in the room when we arrived. It's a lovely property.
