Maple Tree Apartments

The neighborhood didn't feel so good, and I wouldn't recommend walking around there at night. Still, for a budget friendly and clean place, this is a good pick. The room was nice and clean for the price, the service super friendly, and there are grocery shops and McDonalds right around the corner 👌

After check-out on March 2, 2025, we came back to find our bags missing from the hotel's locked luggage room. We'd left them there because it was supposed to be secure, with reception staff managing access. The hotel has no proper way to track who leaves or collects bags, which makes theft easy. They said they weren't liable and wouldn't help us retrieve our belongings, even though their staff controlled access to the room. Instead, they said we should have asked for a separate "safe storage," an option nobody mentioned when we left the luggage. We recently stayed at Mapple Tree Hotel, and this was a serious failure of security and responsibility. A hotel shouldn't offer luggage storage if it can't keep bags secure. Their refusal to help after our things were stolen showed, to me, complete disregard for customer security and satisfaction. If your belongings matter to you, don't trust this place with valuables. Better yet, avoid staying here. Plenty of hotels take security and service seriously, and this isn't one of them.

⚠️ Be careful ⚠️ We stayed here as a group for a month, and cash was taken from the suitcases in every room while we were out. Our combined loss was about €2,294 or more. They call themselves a four-star hotel, but I don't think this place deserves even one star. It was a horrible experience, so stay away at all costs.

The apartment was huge, and everything was clean. The staff were welcoming and really helpful. The location worked perfectly for us, with everything quite close and stops just a couple of hundred meters away. They'd also left us towels and shower gels. Absolutely wonderful apartments.
