The flat does exist, but the former owner no longer hosts it, leaving you unable to get in even after paying. That's what happened to us. Booking gave us door instructions and a padlock code, but we couldn't find any keys. When we called the number on the flat's page, we learned the landlord no longer had a signed agreement with Booking. We were left stranded, unwilling to stay and trying to find somewhere else.

Deak Ferenc Ter was a great base, with excellent connections and views of Gellert hill and the Budapest Castle. The busy crossing means it's not very quiet, but that suited us fine. Laszio and his wife welcomed us so warmly and made sure the flat had everything we might need. We'd love to come back!

Bárbara was so polite and happy to clear up any questions. The place was well equipped and well located, a great choice for a group trip. I'd definitely recommend staying there.
