7seasons Apartments Budapest

I paid the full EUR 122.40 for my stay at TRIBE Budapest Airport, but weeks later I was charged again for a supposed no-show booking. The extra reservation was allegedly made one minute after my original one, even though I made just one reservation, checked in normally less than 10 minutes later, showed my passport at reception, and completed the stay. Why would anyone book two identical rooms for the same dates at the same hotel a minute apart? No one at check-in mentioned another booking under my name. If there really were two, it should have shown up when staff checked my passport and found my reservation. Now Booking.com and the hotel keep passing responsibility back and forth over what looks like a system or administrative error, while keeping my money. I sent proof of payment and check-in, screenshots of both charges, evidence from the Booking.com app, and emails confirming I stayed. Still no refund or proper solution. The customer service has been very frustrating, with endless emails back and forth and no accountability. Be careful booking through Booking.com and staying at TRIBE Budapest Airport. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick or fair resolution.

We had a quiet two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 4th floor. It was spacious, clean, and right in the center. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few major train lines and bus stops are just a 3 min walk away.

There were four of us staying as a family in a double bedroom. The place was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. It was right in the middle of the city and check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms may have been a little too warm, but otherwise it was absolutely perfect.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and the apartment was roomy and well equipped. There are several apartment types, so it’s worth checking their website to find what suits you. Our windows and balcony looked onto the inside of the building, which wasn’t a great view, but the location is hard to beat: right in the city center with lots of cafes and restaurants, a metro station, and several grocery stores close by. The airport express bus stop is a 5 min walk. Excellent value for money.
