Planet Holiday Apartments

We ended up spending all three nights in a hotel, but still lost the money for this booking. I reserved the apartment for three days while I was close by. The owner showed it to us, and as soon as we went inside, it was obvious how extremely messy it was and that we wouldn't stay. She was upset when we raised the cleanliness issue and suggested cancelling. We didn't have free cancellation, so it needed her agreement, which she refused, saying she could no longer rent it to someone else. We had booked at 6 in the evening and left only about 20-25 minutes later. While we were at the hotel, the charge came out of my account and I got a message saying the reservation was still active. The following day, we called to ask for the keys since we had paid. The owner seemed surprised we wanted to come back, then refused to hand them over and called the police. The police made her give us the keys. I went into the apartment, took a few photos, and called her 15 minutes later to hand it back. Those were the most expensive photos of my life 😀😆.

We didn't stay and never got our money back. The photos showed one thing, but the apartment itself was dirty, with torn, stained curtains and dirty walls. The toothbrush cup was full of flies, and the woman seemed surprised when we commented on the location. We asked for a refund and the owner refused, insisting it wasn't dirty. She told me to contact Booking because she didn't know how to refund it, then collected the money from Booking an hour later. She left us outside in front of the building, and we had to find somewhere else to stay. I don't recommend it. PS: she told me to clean it myself if I didn't like it!

I arrived at 00:50 on Sunday night, and the girl still took time to help me and explain how everything worked. I was delighted with everything.
