The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Beyond that, I had a lot of trouble getting support. The fridge leaked, and although they put tissue in the freezer temporarily, the leak came back two days later. WiFi kept disconnecting, and the alternative they gave me didn’t work at all. I was told it had been rebooted, which helped for a day or two before it started dropping again. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping to clean and restock the room, but it still hadn’t happened. Staff were often unfriendly and made promises they didn’t keep. Manager Gabriel was especially rude. When I raised the service issues, he smirked and smiled instead of taking them seriously. He told me housekeeping wasn’t provided because it was an apartment. After that interaction, I stopped raising the problems.

The building was very quiet, and the apartments were clean, with air conditioning and lifts. They were adequately equipped and the 24-hour reception team were friendly. There were a few small maintenance jobs needed, but otherwise the apartment was great.

A good budget place, and I’d recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for. The location is great, within walking distance of lots of places and a metro station. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were good. Some areas could use repairs or refurbishment, but generally the stay was good.

We can’t recommend this hotel. We pointed out at reception on arrival that the room was dirty and asked for it to be cleaned right away. Two days later, it still hadn’t been cleaned. When we complained again, they told us to leave the room for ten minutes so they could do it. There was dust and rubbish everywhere, and the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed. Luckily, we’d brought our own. They didn’t provide a hair dryer either. There are much better places to stay.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Reception was staffed around the clock, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location was amazing. The beds were really uncomfortable, though, and the pillows were absolutely tiny. WiFi was a bit slow as well.
