The rooms were okay for a night, but there was no heating or air conditioning, and the bathroom door kept getting stuck so we couldn’t close it. The staff’s behavior was a real problem. One employee was phlegmatic and condescending. After he explained the doors and key cards, we couldn’t get out at first. The security guard and his friend laughed at us, then raised his voice and said he’d already shown us how it worked. The one good thing is how close it is to everything.

The staff were nice, and there’s a coffee machine at reception. It’s a great little guesthouse, with a shared kitchen that’s well equipped. The room is just right for a night or two.

This guesthouse is good value for money, with everything close by, including restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s quiet, and parking in the yard is good.

We’ve been coming back to this guesthouse for three years, and it feels like a second home. The courtyard is lovely and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We often walk back from Berlin with our dog to rest here, and the reception ladies are always kind and ready to help. I’d happily recommend Rita to families and anyone traveling with animals. 10 points ❤️
