The pipes could be noisy when someone in the neighboring room used water. It didn’t bother me, though people who are sensitive to sound may want to know. The bathroom was just for my own use. My check-in contact arrived about an hour after our agreed time, having remembered it differently, but was friendly and welcoming once there, and explained everything carefully. The room looked onto the courtyard, while the Danube was only a short walk outside. Since a river view from the window was never promised, that seems unfair as a reason for a bad review. The building also has a small, working elevator. Inside, the apartment was clean and met my hygiene standards, despite being in an old residential building (p1). It had WiFi, a stovetop, fridge, and microwave, all suitable for one person (p2, p3). It’s handy for the main shopping street and within walking distance of Kalvin ter M station, where the 100E airport express bus stops. Some older reviews don’t reflect the current facilities, which have improved and deserve a 5-star rating now. Check Booking or other sites for more recent feedback.
