Royal Park Boutique Hotel

The location is a big plus, with the metro about a two-minute walk away and plenty of cafés, eateries, and shops close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but could use more modern updates and better finishing. The bathroom is functional and clean, though not luxurious, and everything worked fine for a short stay. Renovation work is going on at the hotel now. For the price, it still feels like good value and a solid option if you want somewhere affordable and well located. I'd recommend it for a short stay only.

The location made it easy to walk to the main sights, and buses and trams were convenient too. We found a friendly, basic local bar about a ten-minute walk away. The place was clean and welcoming. I paid 10 euro for breakfast, which had enough choice for me, plus plenty of water, coffee, and herbal tea. The rooms were clean as well.

It was pleasant enough as a place to sleep and use as a base. Public transport was easy to use, and the location was ideal for it. The foyer was clean when we arrived, and the staff were pleasant. The room was average, like a UK Travelodge: clean, but in need of an update. The blinds looked old, the bed was very basic, and the TV had no signal. Breakfast was okay, with a good range of English and continental options, though not much different from an English Travelodge. After reading the reviews, I had been dreading what we'd find.

It's a couple of minutes' walk from the metro and train stations, with a variety of shops nearby. The rooms are clean and a decent size, and the staff are very helpful. The bathroom may not work well for someone with mobility issues.
