The apartment itself was good, but the housekeeper was incredibly rude. Checkout is at 11:30, yet at exactly 11:00 the blonde cleaner with a ponytail burst in, made rude gestures telling us to leave, then banged aggressively on the door every 10 minutes. It was shocking, and one of the rudest encounters I've had in Budapest. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want a peaceful checkout in the morning.

Getting in was easy, and parking was available. The apartment was clean, and the keyless entry was a big plus. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

Smartapart sits in a peaceful neighborhood, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. The quiet setting made for restful nights, and the apartment was bright, spacious, and welcoming. It had a stylish modern design, quality finishes, a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a comfortable living area, plush bedding, plenty of storage, and sleek, immaculate bathrooms. The building's amenities were convenient too. There was a problem when our code wouldn't open the room we'd originally booked. The host moved us from the second floor to the fourth, which had an amazing view, and said he would give us a partial refund for the trouble. That small hiccup didn't take away from our stay, which was amazing from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the building felt brand new. Smartapart exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone after comfort and a peaceful setting.

A comfortable little apartment and a great place to stay. It's some distance from the city center and main attractions, so keep that in mind, but taking the bus into town is easy.

The apartment was nice, the neighborhood was quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. Good value for the money.
