A gorgeous, quiet place to stay in Budapesr. Tamara is a great host, and the bus stop is just around the corner. It’s about a 10-minute ride to the center.

When I visit Budapest, Tamasi House is the first place I look for. Superior spirit, lovely people, and a superior place.

Lovely area, great hosts, and easy to get to. It’s also fairly quiet, and the wifi is reliable.

This place worked really well for a stay of several days. The bus stop is only a few steps away, and you can get to the city center quickly and easily. The accommodation was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The landlady was warm, helpful, and open, while still giving us space. Every now and then, a tasty surprise would be waiting in a bag at the door. It’s in a quiet, upscale Buda neighborhood, and we didn’t have to worry about safety.
