I booked this place through the Bounce app to leave my luggage, but it was closed before 9:30pm, even though Google said it was open until 10pm. My bags were really heavy. I waited a little, then left.

For some unexplained reason, I was told to move to a nearby apartment. When I asked why, they just repeated that the original one was old and dirty and the replacement was newer and better. If they couldn't provide the place listed on Expedia, they should have contacted me beforehand and explained the real reason. The apartment I got also lacked several things from the listing: there was a washer but no dryer, no TV, no tablet computer, and no weekly housekeeping, despite my having arranged a cleaning schedule. Those differences weren't critical for me. Given the price and location, I would have rated it three stars if they'd been honest about the apartment.

WARNING, this hotel felt like a SCAM! We arrived at the address and found only an unmarked door into a building complex. It felt creepy, and nobody we asked nearby knew of the hotel. We called the number provided; a man said to go to another address five minutes away, where a woman would meet us to check in. She never appeared. Our follow-up call went unanswered, so we had to find another hotel. We lost 120€. :(
