We stayed in a spacious two-person room with a shared bedroom, and shared two bathrooms with guests from two other rooms, so there was enough availability. The old villa has some nice old furniture and decorations, and the hosts were friendly. Getting to the city center was easy, and the shops were reasonably close.

The owner seemed to be the elderly gentleman who helped us with our rooms. He was extremely helpful and communicated in many languages. The price was very low, and we were more than thankful. The villa is incredible, in a very calm, quiet part of Budapest. It's old, but has everything you might need. Our huge apartment had two bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom. Having the villa's own parking space came in handy. It was an ideal base for visiting Budapest, and we'd surely come back if we visit again.

The host is so kind, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The place is comfortable and a little unusual for modern people, but friendlier than you might imagine. I know where I'll stay next time. Thank you so much.

I called to arrange accommodation for my friends, and they don't accept foreigners. I wasn't expecting that kind of behavior from a guest house. They check your nationality before they let you in. Unbelievable. Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars.
