This is a nice villa hotel close to a tram stop, with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms come with a shower, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine, and satellite TV. It's especially convenient if you're travelling by car, since the hotel has its own private parking.

We were pleased with our stay. The hotel was nice, the room clean and warm, breakfast plentiful, and the receptionist kind and helpful. Good value for money. A tip for getting downtown: even if you have a car, nearby bus 8E is more convenient, and there's also a tram. Buy your first ticket from the bus driver. Once in the center, it's better to get more tickets at a post office or tobacco shop. Some stations have ticket machines too. Keep small change, since the machines don't give change. The same goes for parking meters, which also don't return change. Have a nice time!

The tram right outside was very handy, and the area around the hotel was quiet. We got a good night's sleep, but it wasn't the best experience. The cleaning could have been more thorough, and the rooms weren't well maintained. Some investment is needed, and the price felt too high for what we got.

The building sits in a beautiful garden with a large terrace. Parking was easy, either on the street or in the private area. Rooms have furniture in an old style, from the mid-20th century, and the bathroom is quite large. Breakfast is simple, and there's no restaurant. Very good value for the price.
