The food was excellent and suited the feel of the hotel, and the staff were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable, inspired, and well looked after throughout my stay, and would happily recommend You Hotel to anyone visiting Budapest. The building is beautiful and full of character. It used to be a chocolate factory, and that history comes through in the warm colours and creative details. The design gives the space a personality you don’t find in standard hotels. From the entrance onward, the team made me feel welcome, and the colours, décor, and energy all helped create a warm, stylish atmosphere. Everything felt carefully considered.

I was able to check in two hours early at no extra charge after arriving in Budapest ahead of schedule. Checkout was flexible too, and leaving an hour late was no problem. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. My room was new, gorgeous, and clean, with a huge, very comfortable bed and a great shower. I’d seen reviews mentioning a sewage smell, but there was nothing like that during my stay. I could connect my music to the Bluetooth speaker easily, and there were speakers in the bathroom too. The room was cleaned every day when I hung up the cleaning sign. All the main attractions were an easy walk away, and the room stayed completely quiet with no street noise. This was one of my best hotel stays. A huge thank you to the team, I’d absolutely love to come back.

We loved our room at this gorgeous hotel in central Pest. Everything felt new, including the lighting features, and we enjoyed connecting our phone music to the room speakers. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were smiley and friendly. It was so quiet that nothing disturbed our sleep. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and sights are all a short walk away. My partner and I have just come home from a lovely five-night stay. Highly recommend.

Dinner was a highlight, the food was full of flavour and really well prepared. The staff were warm and attentive, which made the whole stay feel welcoming. We were there for the inauguration weekend and were impressed by the facilities, including working areas, a small home cinema, a good fitness room, and comfortable bedrooms. I also liked being able to play high-quality music in the room. A great mix of comfort, good design, and a positive atmosphere.
