The town’s people are polite and kind, and the spa has lots of services to offer. Everything was fine here, with excellent staff. It delivers more than you’d expect from a two-star place.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the price was great for what’s included: beach entry and a sauna ticket come with the stay. The place is right in the beach area, just a few meters from the pools. They’re all warm or lukewarm, so you can enjoy them even when the weather’s bad. I gave the rooms 4 stars because of the cleanliness and housekeeping. They could use some renovation.

The spa itself was clean and pleasant, with pools at different temperatures, so people can find one that suits them. If the other issues were fixed, this could be a nice place to return to, but we left disappointed and only stayed one of the two nights we booked. We’d reserved a triple room and were given a double. After we complained, they brought an extra bed, which we had to set up ourselves. Its mattress was flat, so it could only be used on the floor. The room was clean, but the disinfectant smell was so strong it felt like Covid was turning back at the door. In July, with 38-degree heat, the air conditioning could only be used for heating. There was a fridge, but it didn’t work. We told reception, and a maintenance worker came, smiled, agreed it was broken, carried it to the end of the corridor, and left it there. I have a spinal or cervical hernia, and trying to sleep on the floor was only partly successful. My family slept in the bed, but they didn’t wake up any more rested than I did. The reception ladies weren’t very hospitable, though we put that down to the heat. We left with a bitter taste, even though the spa could still give other guests a good rest.

The price is excellent for what you get, including free parking and access to the beach and spa. Rooms have what guests need for a relaxing stay, and it’s quiet enough for an undisturbed night’s sleep. Breakfast is included too, with a generous, varied spread to get the day started.
