We weren't happy with our stay. The rooms and hallways are in need of renovation, and breakfast was mediocre. The coffee was served in a kettle with milk on the side, and it didn't taste very good. In the room there were just two bars of soap, no shampoo or shower gel. Some other guests had complained about cockroaches in their rooms.

The guy at reception was friendly and spoke good English, and there was plenty of parking. The room felt old-fashioned, the walls were thin, and I couldn't even find the stairs, lol. It's okay.

After a long trip, I just wanted to sleep, but all sorts of insects crawling around the room kept me awake all night. I've never stayed in a hotel this horrible. The air conditioner barely worked, and the cockroaches added to the awful atmosphere.

The room was a decent size, and I liked the glass building and the elevator. Staff were friendly. The internet connection was there, but I couldn't actually use the internet, which wasn't the end of the world. What really bothered me was the morning noise from staff in the nearby laundry room, not from other guests. I asked about the air conditioning and was told we couldn't adjust it. We could switch it off at the plug if it got too cold, which I wished it would. It was unbearably hot in there.

It was decent for the price and fairly clean, but the room was humid and hot because the air conditioning didn't work. The pillows were flat, and we had to ask for fresh towels since they weren't replaced during our stay. Breakfast wasn't very good.
