The staff were really nice, and the location was spot on. Ventilation in the rooms is poor, though, and there’s no air conditioning. Still, the rooms work fine for a stay.

The villa sits in a peaceful, pleasant neighborhood, and from the shared balcony you can look out over the town and rocky hills. I organized a group trip and we stayed at Valcsics villa for one night. It was a really positive experience. For a fair price, we got clean, nicely furnished, cozy rooms with a WC, shower, and the other basics. The shared spaces were clean and pleasant too, with the equipment we needed. The owner was flexible and friendly, surprisingly so, and clearly cared about guests and wanted to meet their needs. I’d recommend staying here.

It was cheap, but I didn't feel comfortable in the cold, damp room. The furniture was old too. A stay here feels like stepping back into the 80s.

Clean, with a bit of rustic charm. There's a nice park, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

We spent a week at the pension in September, in a clean, tidy room with a balcony. Waking up to the mountain view and birdsong over morning coffee was lovely. We'd definitely recommend it.
