Mosoly Szallashely

Nowhere else would take my parcel on Sunday, so I rang the bell here. Someone came out with a smile and accepted it.

We were given the wrong key and weren’t told clearly where to go. The worst part came after we left: 6 thousand forints was taken from my husband’s account without any explanation. When he called, they said he had smoked in the room and that a camera confirmed it, even though we had smoked on the balcony, where there was an ashtray. That claim leaves us wondering whether there’s a camera in the bedroom, and how they can take money without asking, based on reasons they made up. We’ve taken the necessary steps. Between the misinformation, the staff’s rudeness and their behavior, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

They only take cash, and if you want to pay by card, they turn you away. The host is a scumbag, and they’re forgetful too. Cleanliness? They don’t seem to know the word. I can’t understand how this place is still open, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The male homeowner was very kind and the service was good. Getting in and out was convenient, though there was one power outage.
