There’s plenty of room, and it felt cozy too. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful. Just be aware there’s no elevator, so getting large bags upstairs is difficult.

The shower drain in room 4 stayed clogged for our whole visit, even though we reported it at Reception on two mornings. Breakfast was also more limited than on our earlier stays, especially the meat options like salami. Renovation work is still going on, though mostly outside. Even so, this is the best place we found near the center of Szolnok after trying three other nearby hotel providers.

The staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful, and the buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and had really comfortable beds. It’s also well placed for walking to everything. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you.
