The owner stayed in touch by email before we arrived and made sure we had what we needed. He even gave us a bottle of local wine before we left, which was a lovely gesture. We were three adults and two children, and the place worked really well for our family. It’s simple, with the essentials, but cosy, clean and pleasant. The town centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are all an easy walk away. There’s an outdoor BBQ area and free secure parking, too. The place is quiet and felt safe, and we couldn’t hear the nearby train line. We enjoyed our two-night stay and would recommend it to families or travellers looking for a comfortable place with the basics.

Cellars and the #Hetszolo vineyard are just a few steps away, and Tokaj Centre is close by too. A wonderful spot to stay.

A nice spot for sitting down and trying wines, with seating both indoors and outside.
