Microstore Airport Panzio

The owner confirmed our booking for 6 am, but when we arrived after traveling by bus from Ukraine, nobody answered our calls. We were left waiting on the street for five hours. She showed up at 11 am, yelled at us, and didn’t apologize. The service was absolutely terrible. We had paid and arranged to check in that morning, but other guests were already staying in the room even though we had the combination lock password. There wasn’t even soap in the room. A dreadful place. Don’t waste your money or nerves here.

Check-in was easy, the kitchens were pretty well stocked, and checking out at 4am was simple. It’s close to the airport. My only concern was the keypad entry to the rooms. I hope they change the codes between guests, but I didn’t ask.

I followed the stated terms and gave 24 hours’ notice that I’d arrive outside the check-in hours. Nobody replied. I got there at 10:30 pm ahead of an early flight, called many times, and even had hotels.com try to reach them, but there was no answer and nobody at the property. I waited past midnight, then had to sleep in my car in minus 4 centigrade weather. They offered no apology. When I disputed the $41.90 charge, they refused to refund it. This was the worst travel experience of my life. I’d rate it minus 4 stars if I could. Avoid this place at all cost.

I booked a room online at Microstore Airport Panzio hotel for 31.57 euros. When I arrived, the woman told me I hadn’t made any transfer and kicked me out, even though the page I had used showed the exact hotel and address. I ended up with neither the room nor my money. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The whole thing showed a complete lack of common sense and manners.
