Noema Resort Pererenan

We paid about 85 EUR a night, which seemed like a great rate for this hotel. I expect the price may go up as it gets more reviews. The hotel feels completely new, with fresh, well executed design. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.

The lovely room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A few things did detract from the stay, though. The corridor air freshener was automated and much too strong. The scent was fresh, but at times it made me feel quite sick, so lowering the intensity would help. I ordered steak well done and was told it would take longer, which was fine. But it arrived rare. I was the only diner, and had to show the waitress; they took it back and cooked it more, but it still wasn’t right, which was disappointing. I appreciated that they sent a fruit platter to my room as an apology. At breakfast, I saw another guest pick up the unsliced gluten-free bread with her hands to cut it. It could be touched by several people that way, so pre-slicing it might be more hygienic. Staff may also benefit from more training around guests’ meat cooking preferences.

The room was fresh, clean, and well equipped, the pool was nice and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly from check-in through check-out. One person whose name I’ve forgotten, from Padang, Sumatra, was especially kind. He complimented my child and arranged a small birthday surprise, which made them very happy. It felt worth the price, and I’d love to stay again 😊✨

Noema Resort was a great place to relax and recharge, and I’d recommend it and come back. It’s a quiet area, but there are plenty of nice cafes and popular restaurants nearby. The resort is clean, modern, and stylish, with thoughtful design throughout. Breakfast was good and healthy, with both Western and Indonesian options. The friendly, professional staff made things easy, and check-in went smoothly.
