The room was spotless, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and nice too. I’d just suggest adding more variety to the breakfast menu. Service was top notch.

My brother was using a wheelchair after an accident, and the resort made our stay easy and comfortable. The rooms and facilities were wheelchair friendly. What I’ll remember most is the staff, always smiling, kind, and ready to help. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and their care and positivity made a difficult time much easier for us. We’re very grateful and would gladly recommend the resort.

It’s a handy spot near the airport, with a mall a short walk away. The staff were pleasant, polite, and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a decent range, though I’m not a picky eater. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked pretty, and they even have those floating breakfasts you see on Instagram. I enjoyed the stay overall, but there were baby cockroaches in the room. I killed at least two in the bathroom and one in the closet, and another was on the bed before it ran off. I was checking out the next day, so I didn’t ask to switch rooms. Please get pest control in.

Traveling solo, I had a really pleasant six days in Bali. The room was spacious and comfortable, with cold AC, working Wi-Fi, and no unpleasant smells. I loved the room. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had everything I needed, though I didn’t try it all. The FO and restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, checking in on me often. Special thanks to Swendra, Meydi, Viola, Eka, and Sumandarah, who was quite tall. I may have the last name slightly wrong, and I’m not great at remembering names, but I truly appreciated their service. I’ll definitely return.
