Bali Beach Hotel

We appreciated the cultural touches around the hotel, which highlighted their culture and added to the atmosphere. The service and hospitality at Rosso were excellent, and the food was great. The buffet had a generous spread, plenty of variety across the meal, and the selections changed regularly. Staff by the pool were very respectful. The beachfront setting lets you see both sunset and sunrise from the room. ICON Bali Mall is a stone's throw away, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance for the evening. We had stayed in a villa before this, so it's hard to compare directly, but the room felt fairly average. The Olympic-sized pool was a highlight and never seemed crowded.

The beach was pristine, the sea wonderfully warm, and we enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful, the food outstanding, and every detail surpassed what we expected. The teams at the beach restaurant, bar, and pool deserve a special mention. Their care was remarkable: they anticipated what we needed and often took care of it before we even asked. We chose this resort as the last stop on our trip, and it felt like we'd saved the best for last. Right from the start, the staff were genuinely warm, exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, and made us feel at home. An unforgettable stay ❤️

The entrance was jaw-dropping, the rooms immaculate, the pool huge, and the gym great. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were the most beautiful, helpful people. A special thank you to Bawa for all his help and wonderful attitude. Adrian and I had so many great laughs with him. He's sunshine in human form and a huge asset to the hotel. We'll come back to visit him. Thank you, Bawa, for a beautiful stay. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The complimentary one-hour bike rental was my favorite part. It was fun cycling around the Sanur peninsula, along the beachfront and through Sanur's streets. The breakfast was enormous, with Indonesian, Western, Asian, and even Arabian dishes to choose from. I also loved the rattan hotel slippers, a stylish, distinctive, sustainable touch. The newly renovated property seems to remain under a state-owned enterprise. It was formerly Ina Grand Bali Beach Hotel and is now rebranded as Bali Beach Hotel, managed by InJourney. Most of the renovation seems focused on the exterior, which looks incredible and gives a five-star impression. Inside, the building's age still shows. The rooms have been renovated, but some furniture feels dated and doesn't match the grand exterior. I really enjoyed my stay.
