The grounds are the main draw, with lovely natural scenery and attractions, including a bird conservatory and a waterfall at the back. The rooms and service are very basic. Getting there was tough: I got lost for about half the trip from Bayeman while following Google Maps.

I think a swimming pool would make this resort more suitable for kids. It already has a good setting and, from the grand deluxe room, you can see the rice fields and mountains when the weather isn't cloudy. That's the one facility I felt was missing, and I hope they add a pool someday.

With lots of trees, a quiet and comfortable feel, and an affordable price, this is a good place for a family vacation in Magelang city. The staff are friendly and ready to help guests. Thank you.

There are exotic birds here, and the mountain view is lovely. I stayed four nights and it was the best decision ever. The hotel provides good service.

The breakfast was elegant, and the view was great. This is a truly exotic resort, with a river in front of the room and forest and hills all around. Reaching it means taking a narrow road for 750m. Watch your step on the footpath, it's slippery!
