Bali Nusa Dua Hotel

The staff were very friendly and gave us their best hospitality. I really want to thank them, especially after having stayed in other places. It was really nice staying at the Bali nusa dua hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing.

Natasya was such a cheerful, vibrant member of staff and happily took care of what we needed. Everyone was welcoming and eager to please, and it felt so nice to be looked after that well. The Bali Nusa Dua Hotel has been a lovely, quiet place for us as a couple. Breakfast was wonderful, the pool is shaded and relaxing, and we’ve used the simple but adequate gym every day. We’re hoping to try the bath houses too.

The staff were lovely, and the beds were firm but still really comfortable. There’s a basic gym and a cool, shady pool. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good, though the coffee was very average for any Aussie Coffee Snobs, but that wasn’t a big deal. It’s a clean, pleasant hotel in the Nusa Dua hotel area, a more affordable choice than the very high-end places. It’s a short taxi ride or electric-bike trip to The Bay, Nusa Dua Beach Walk, and The Bali Collection Shopping centre, so you can still get to the highlights. It isn’t total luxury like the Nusa Dua Spa Resort.

The beachfront location was great, and it was easy to get around. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good. Compared with the other beachfront hotels, though, some areas could use a little updating, and I wouldn’t have guessed it was 5-star. Drinks are very expensive. A small Bintang was 95,000, then service charge took it over 114,000 for one bottle. You can even find it cheaper at Bali collection.
