The place is quiet but handy for getting around: Sanur's busy street is a minute away, the beach about a 10-minute walk, and ICON Bali mall only a few minutes on foot. The staff were friendly. For the price, the room was passable, with warm water, cold air conditioning, and an okay bed. It was simple and old, though, with mold on the bathroom ceiling. The TV wasn't smart, and the fridge was so noisy it bothered us at night. Breakfast wasn't worth it: just toast, stale coffee, and marmalade. We ate there once, then paid for breakfast at the attached Oliver’s restaurant, which was great. I'd call the stay a 5.5 out of 10. Don't expect much.

We were there for 9 days, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They changed our towels daily when they cleaned the room. The two pools were very nice, though on busy days there could be more sunbeds. Our first room had termites, but changing rooms was no problem. The rooms are very large and the beds great. The location worked well, near the road by the beach, although reaching the beach itself took a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast could be better: eggs made how you like and toast, plus watermelon and one other fruit left uncovered where flies could get to it, pancakes, fried rice or noodles, honey, butter, coffee and juice. Reception could also give more information about trips and similar things.

There's a little shop or market just to the right of the hotel, and the place itself is quiet with a lovely exterior. The two pools were nice. Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 AM, with things like pancakes, eggs, rice, toast, coffee and tea. My room was much cleaner than rooms I've seen in 3-star hotels. I think all the apartments have balconies. Wifi didn't reach my room, though it worked fine on the balcony.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and the price was budget friendly. Really nice range at breakfast, and the staff were awesome.
