Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

Seminyak is a great base here, with a convenient location close to everything. Flooding in several areas around the hotel, though not at the hotel itself, made it hard to find transport to the airport. The staff responded right away and went out of their way to get us there safely and on time. We really appreciated their professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommended for the location and service.

The staff were always ready to help, and they did it with respect, a smile, and real grace. When we asked the front desk about laundry, a young woman came to our room within five minutes, filled out the paperwork, and took our clothes. On our very hot and humid checkout day, our ride wasn't until 6.00PM, though checkout was at 10.00AM. We asked where we could leave our luggage, and were surprised to be offered a late afternoon checkout at no extra cost. We've travelled extensively, and for service this is without a doubt the best hotel we've come across. Their kindness really touched us. It was our first trip to Bali, and the warm welcome at the Cross Paasha impressed us right away. Check-in was quick and thorough, and we were soon shown to our second-floor room. It was modern and very clean, with a king-size bed, round table, round couch, and what could have been a day bed. There was also a TV, small fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant's nice vibe for breakfast and dinner. We can't speak highly enough of the front desk, restaurant, rooftop pool, and room service staff. Highly recommend this hotel if good service matters to you.

We didn't spend much time in the room because the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant kept drawing us out. Our only complaints were the water pressure and a strange smell from the toilet. The rooms were decent, and the hotel's vibe was cute and lively. The staff were LOVELY and made us feel welcome, taking care of all sorts of needs, including complex dietary requests. A cute hotel with everything you could want.

The location was really convenient, within walking distance of Seminyak's hip areas like mexicola and la favela, plus the coffee spots. I enjoyed breakfast, especially the cheesecake pancakes, and the coffee was good. There was also fresh juice and muesli to choose from. The view wasn't great because it faced a lot of construction, and the shower controls were a bit odd, so I had to fiddle with them to get it working. Hopefully your check-in won't be late. I enjoyed my stay at cross pasha Bali Seminyak hotel.
