Peaceful and quiet, with friendly people running the place. The price was very good, 200k rupiah with tax through agoda. The location was convenient and the room clean and comfortable, though the balcony door was broken. Facilities are minimal, so bring your own toothbrush and water, neither is provided.

The staff are very friendly, but there aren't enough power outlets. There's only 1 on each side of the bed, and you have to pull the bedside table out to reach the sockets. I also didn't like that they made up the room when we hadn't hung the sign asking for it. My personal items were touched, which felt rude.

Our hotel booking in Ubud turned into a total disaster, so we went into Komang's Homestay to ask about a room. She helped us straight away and we checked in right then. She and the staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every day they put two fresh mini flowers on our bed, a thoughtful touch. After two days, they also replaced our towels with two new ones.

It was clean and quiet both day and night, and we had no mosquitoes or other animals in the room. The inconvenient bit is that there's nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. I hope the host sees this and fixes it, especially since the holes for hooks are already in the wall 😃

The beds are great, it's peaceful, and the owner is very friendly. A good choice if you're here for yoga or wellness, with Yoga Barn and Sayuri (vegan food) nearby.
