Euphoria Hotel

There were cockroaches all through the room, which was unpleasant, and the shower temperature kept changing. The bedding needs urgent attention too: our pillows were mouldy, and the replacements we asked for were mouldy as well. This hotel badly needs renovations, and I can’t recommend it.

The staff were lovely and smiling all the time, and everything else was excellent. But the prayer room is in a very unsuitable spot and should be moved somewhere more respectful to Muslims. The gym equipment needs maintenance, and its lights, air conditioning, and treadmill weren’t working. I hope they repair it all or close the gym permanently. Lighting in every room was very poor too. Thanks, I’ll come back in the future.

I stayed in a standard room for 3 weeks. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Widi, who does a great job. I’d highly recommend this place, and if I come back, I’m sure I’ll stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

It’s affordable and right in the center of kuta, but the hotel is old and poorly looked after. The room had dim lighting and an old smell. There were cockroaches everywhere. They fumigated, but seeing them was still unpleasant. There were also lots of ants on the breakfast buffet food.
